Delete your account

You can permanently delete your PinkPass account and its data at any time. There are two ways.

1. From inside the app — fastest

Open PinkPass and sign in.
Go to your Profile tab.
Tap the settings icon in the top corner.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm Delete forever. Your account and data are removed immediately.

2. By email

If you no longer have the app installed, write to us from the email address on your account:

Subject: "Delete my account". We confirm you own the address, then delete the account and tell you it is done — within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Your profile — name, username, email, birthday and identity fields
Your posts, stories, comments, check-ins and follows
Your loyalty cards, reward vouchers, points balance and RSVPs
Your sign-in credentials

Anonymous, aggregated statistics that are not linked to you may be kept so venue-level and city-level counts stay accurate. Nothing that remains can be traced back to you.

Deleting your account forfeits any PinkPoints balance and any unused rewards. If you have a ticket to an upcoming event, contact the organiser before you delete.
