Using PinkPass
What is PinkPass?
A nightlife and events directory for the LGBT community across Asia. Discover bars and clubs, follow the venues you like, see what's on, and earn PinkPoints when you go out.
Is it free?
Yes. Creating an account and browsing the directory is completely free. Some events charge for tickets, set by the venue or organiser.
What are PinkPoints?
PinkPoints are our reward currency. You earn them by checking in at venues, following businesses, attending events and spending at participating venues. Around 100 PinkPoints is worth about S$1 when you redeem it. Points expire 12 months after you earn them, and your balance is private — other people only ever see your tier badge.
How do referrals work?
Everyone gets a referral code, in your Profile. When a friend signs up with your code you both get 50 PinkPoints.
Are my loyalty cards visible to the venue?
No — not unless you choose it. Every loyalty card is private by default: the venue sees an anonymous card number and cannot tell it is you. You can make an individual card public if you want the staff to greet you by name. That choice is per card, and you can undo it.
Why do you ask for my legal gender and birthday?
Some events are legally restricted to specific genders, and we use this so you only see events you can actually get into. Your birthday is for 18+ age verification and for a little something in your birthday month. Neither is shown publicly — see the Privacy Policy.
Accounts
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → settings → Delete Account. It is immediate and it removes your data. Full detail, including how to do it if you no longer have the app installed, is on the account deletion page.
I want to report a user, a post or a venue.
Use the report option on the post or profile in the app, or write to hello@pinkpass.asia. You can also block another account from their profile.
Listings and businesses
A venue or event has wrong information.
Email hello@pinkpass.asia with the venue name and what needs changing. We verify listings by hand, so corrections genuinely help.
I run a bar, club or event. How do I get listed?
We would love to have you. Register from inside the app under Profile, or email hello@pinkpass.asia with your venue name and details and we will set you up.
Can I get a list of my customers' contact details?
No — and that is deliberate. PinkPass never exports customer data to anyone, which is exactly why customers trust it enough to check in. You reach your customers through in-app broadcasts, which we deliver for you.
